•   Smellie/Naegele perforator (Fig. 10.43).

•   Simpson’s modification of Oldham’s perforator (Fig. 10.44).

For extraction of head:

•   Cranioclast (Fig. 10.45).

•   Cephalotribe (Fig. 10.46).
